- A dynamic, captivating and interactive program that encourages a healthy lifestyle for our youth. A performance where the audience is up and moving while dancing throughout the entire show.

- The dances are energizing, captivating and easy to learn.
The children will be moving to the sound of music they love

Make Fitness Fun!

Each school participating in the program, will receive a Fun fitness kit including a super workbook, a CD with the educational fun songs and an instructional DVD. This material will remain while insuring a very important follow-up on continual bases.

This Educational and fun Fitness Kit will be sent to the schools before hand so that the teachers and students can familiarize themselves with the songs and dances as well as with the important information included inside the workbook. During the performance some lucky students will be invited to participate on stage with Art Richard!
